1. Domestic Production Mazda's total domestic production volume in September 2012 decreased 20.9% compared to September 2011 due to reduced production of passenger vehicles.

2. Overseas Production Mazda's overseas production volume in September 2012 decreased 13.2% year-on-year, reflecting reduced production of passenger vehicles.

II. Domestic Sales
